The aim of this course is to provide those considering studying Paramedic Science with an insight into the values and philosophy of the profession. You will be introduced to some of the key concepts related to current paramedic practice, the role of the paramedic and wider issues associated with delivering paramedic care in contemporary health and social care systems. It will also introduce you to the process and value of self-reflection.
